Refund policy

All Giwaffe Republic items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We are committed to making your product right the first time and we love working with customers to make that happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
