Why is Giwaffe Republic print on demand?

We chose to start our business on the model of print on demand. This allows us to be eco-conscious as the garments are not printed or embroidered until an order is placed.

Although this adds a couple of days for you to get your product, we believe (and hope you agree)
that the positive impact on the environment by manufacturing only based on
demand, is well worth this inconvenience!

How do I know if a product will fit me?

In addition to providing our customers with size charts in inches and centimeters, we provide information on the expected fit of the product classified into slim, regular and relaxed fit to help clear expectations on the fit. For unisex apparel, we recommend men to order their usual size and women to carefully look at measurements and order 1-2 sizes smaller than their usual size.

Can I get free shipping on my order?

Yes. All customers get free shipping on orders over $150. For all other orders, shipping costs are displayed during checkout. Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. See the final shipping costs during checkout.

How long does it take for me to get my order to me?

Time taken for you to receive your order is dependent on two steps.

1. Production/Fulfilment of order: It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order

2. Shipping: After fulfillment, it takes between 2-5 days to ship the order within continental US.

But these timelines are just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order
might arrive past its expected date:

If you’re ever in a situation where the expected delivery date has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 business days have passed, get in touch with us via email or chat, and we’ll take a look.

Do you accept returns?

Due to products being made to order, we don’t accept returns or size/color exchanges.

Before ordering, please carefully review our size guide which provides detailed size chart in both imperial and metric units as well as a description of expected fit classified between slim, regular or relaxed.

If your products arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of product delivery. Photographic proof may be required. Our customer service team will do everything possible to make it right for you.

If you are not completely happy with your order and we recommend contacting our customer support team at Contact Us, and we will do everything possible to address your concerns. We are in this business to take great care of our customers.

Can I edit or cancel order?

You can’t edit or cancel an order once it’s been submitted.

What if I entered wrong address and package needs to be reshipped?

To avoid delays, returned packages, and/or additional fees, please double check that there are no misspellings and that the correct street number, street name, unit numbers,
city, state, zip code, are entered. Packages with incorrect addresses will be
rejected by the courier and returned to sender. Giwaffe Republic is not responsible for the shipping cost associated with the returned package. Customer must pay the returned package shipping cost before Giwaffe Republic can reship the order to the updated address.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment Giwaffe Republic delivers only to the US. But very soon we will start delivering to Canada as an international delivery option.

What is the status of my order?

After placing an order, you can view the order status anytime by logging into your account and clicking on the "My Account" tab. From there, click your tracking number for more information on your order. For more information Contact Us

What if I receive a damaged, defective or wrong time?

Please Contact Us and the email should include the following below:

1) Picture of the damaged, defective, or wrong item

2) Brief explanation of the damage, defect, or wrong item and what you need.

Including the above will allow us to make the correction faster.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Meta pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal Installments.

Why cant I apply my discount promo code to my order?

Promo codes may not work if you have applied a promo code to items that are discounted, on sale, part of a deal or a gift card.

How do I contactcustomer service?

issue. 

My order never arrived (lost/stolen) package.

Giwaffe Republic is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. 

You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, DHL, OnTrac or UPS). 

Once your claim has been filed, please contact Giwaffe Republic at Contact

with information regarding your situation and your claim numbers.
